Outcall Limitations
Outcall services are available for easily accessible homes, apartments, and hotels.
If The Outcall location is hazardous, disruptive to the service, or if the LMT otherwise deems the location unviable, the service may be canceled or rescheduled. Exceptions may apply.
Homes, apartments, and hotels may be deemed unviable if:
The Outcall location requires unreasonable physical effort on behalf of the LMT, such as a long (more than 500 ft) walk from the street or parking lot.
The LMT is required to access a second floor or higher via stairs and/or cramped hallways.
The property is deemed unsafe by the LMT for any reason.
